Card breakdown

Can anyone provide the card breakdown count? I looked in the rules and did an online search but couldn't find anything beyond that there are 235 cards total. I am guessing that resource counts are comparable, but I'm not sure how that compares to science cards and military cards. This is particularly important when selecting progress tokens. Thanks.
