Board Game Arena

There are several cities along the bottom of the map that do not show a connection going south to the last row of hexes, but you can still build and deliver through that hex side. Should it be allowed and the city graphic updated or is it not allowed and a bug report should be submitted?

This bug has been corrected for new games.
The city graphics are correct and if there isn't an exit line, then you shouldn't be able to build track into that side of the city.

Games currently running will continue to have the issue.
