Hi, I need some help before reporting this as a bug, or not.

On this table:

at move 5950.

GER 2Pz is the active unit in 2560, USSR 3Tank is in 2561, and USSR 14 is in 2661.
2Pz rolls DD against 3Tank, which automatically retreats in 2460, i.e. in Restricted USSR, but also in 2Pz EZOC.



Looks as if retreating from an Assault in a friendly city.
Is this legit ? I wasn’t expecting it.

This is legal, because Axis unit has no zoc in Restricted USSR area. So soviets tank can retreat. This is weird, but this is how the system works.

I indeed forgot that no ZOC is exerted on movement-prohibited hexes.
