Minhwatu, a Korean card fishing game, is now in alpha!

Minhwatu (or Min-Hwatu) is a Hwatu (or Hanafuda) game like Koi-Koi or Go-Stop.
However, the game is much simpler, faster even without any round-stop mechanics and supports multiplayer mode! (up to 6 players)

Game looks good, can't see any problems

Only thing I can't figure out is how it determines starting order. Seems pretty random, but maybe I don't know the rules?

The starting player of the first round is random, then the round winner becomes the starting player of the next round.
If tied, players blindly pick a card from table and break the tie according to a Korean tradition called '밤일낮장'(bam-il naj-jang).
The player who drew a suit from the earliest month becomes the dealer in the night, and if both players drew from the same suit, the player drawing the lower point card becomes the dealer in the night. Vice versa in the day.
This practition is used in other games, such as Go-Stop.
In BGA Minhwatu the game reads server time, then considers 18:00~05:59 as night and 06:00~17:59 as day.
The message after round summary indicates these stuffs.
