Looking for developer for 3-5 player card game

Hi!
We have a game called Onikuma, about the Japanese myth of a "demon bear" that we would love to get developed for a digital implementation on BGA.
Its a simple game, based around simultaneous card play like 6 Nimmt. Choose a card from your hand, everyone reveals at the same time then resolve. Players play as a family of bears (with cards valued 0-9), and the highest card wins.Unless there is a Guard in play, in which case the highest bear played will be scared off and the next highest will win. So there's a lot of double think going on for players that like to get into each other's heads.
The game is played over 3 rounds, and plays in about 20 minutes in real life (I'd imagine ven faster in BGA). We've been designing and developing it for over 2 years, and looking to increase the game's reach in the hope of attracting a publisher's attention.
