Hey everyone. What is your highest score in tapestry? I just had the most insane game ever. Renaissance + espionnage in my renaissance playing as architect. I also found Lithium-Ion as a tech card. Finished the game with 611 points.
By age III I had completed my income mat and capital mat was full. I was able to explore 9 space tiles and explore 5 of them. Completed all the tracks and managed to get back to Tech6 after Ai singularity.

There was a BGG post a few days ago, with an analysis of every Tapestry statistics (~17000 games) and the highest score in that study was 578.
So 611 might be a pretty solid record.

Unless someone else recently got higher since that thread was posted, I believe you have the highest score of tapestry ever recorded on BGA. Congrats!

Yep, pretty sure it's you. I got to hold the record for about one week, so I can't complain. 595, also with Renaissance and Espionage.

Darn. I just scored 607 - though in 3 players with good opposition. Looks like I missed out on holding the record by a week and a half.
Dark Ages managed to grab the Space Shuttle, which stopped me from filling my city before the end of the age III.
Architects starting with Renaissance as well, but then backed by Oil Magnate, Dictatorship and Marriage of State.

That was insane game and I wondered how it was achieved. Saw a replay file. Wow, stars aligned truly for this one - Inventors+Radio+Historians+Wartime economy ... and playing second era till (almost) everyone finishes their game. Nice one.
