How long to wait for resend of the initial SFTP key and user/pw list

I lost my welcome email from many years back, and wanted to try to get back into seeing if I can pick up this coding these days. I sent a request 2 days ago to resend the welcome email with the login in details for the SFTP and alternate accounts but haven't heard anything. is there an expected return for this?

Between 1h and never. Ping by email every 2 days or so, or maybe try through the discord server

Indeed this is currently time consuming to manage and frustrating for studio developers, so we decided to add a link (below the current "lost password" link) to allow for re-sending the welcome email directly. This will become available with the next release.

Just an update - it was sent to me. Thank you!
But yes, a request page to push it would be helpful. I said a few years ago in my initial post, looks like I signed up 7 years ago! Wow
