Now each team needs to decide which color of cows you wish to sell. Your team gets 1 point for each cow.

The cows you keep will multiply immediately.
4 cows become 6
3 cows become 4
2 cows become 3
The cows you gain next week will be added to these. But, there is a danger of losing them if you get 5th place. Every team had one 5th place this week.

One thing to keep in mind, You can only have up to 15 cows of any color, then they no longer multiply. It will be interesting to see which cows get sold this week.


Look how close the scores were for most of the top spots. Except for Teci who won the blue table by a landslide. The Butchers got butchered! They had the most cows by far when we started games today, but lost half of them. The Steaks R Hi took first on 3 tables, so they are the team to beat. The Appaloosas are close though.

Ranches after selling cows this week.

Cowbelles had their best week so far. Momma_Bear won the red table, not wasting any any extra points. Nina and Wreckage tied on Yellow, so both teams get the benefits for first place. Jaky only gained 2 green cows because they reached their limit of 15. Jaky has been really successful so far, along with Edina, Cheshire, and Carlis...the list goes on.

Keep in mind the 15 cow limit as you decide what to sell this week. Hope you are all enjoying the competition.

Current scores are shown at the bottom of this post. When a team reaches 66 points, the season will end. It looks likely that a team will reach 66 points within about 4 more weeks, or possibly 5.

Ranches after playing games on April 2

Ranches after selling cows the first week of April.






Since the leading teams are selling 10+ cows each week, it will probably take about 3 more weeks for someone to reach 66 points and win the league. The Appaloosas are leading with 36 points, but they will likely sell fewer cows next week. "The steaks are high" couldn't be more true, since that team is probably in the strongest position, winning 3 tables last Saturday. The battle for 3rd favors Hidden Valley Ranch, because they have more cows. but Cowbelles could pass them with a few good games.

Remember, game time is 7pm UTC from now on. Also, no games are scheduled Easter weekend (April 16). I hope you are all enjoying the league. I am open to ideas for future competitions.

For people who see this thread, and are curious, this is a 6 Nimmt team event. Each team has 5 players that compete with other teams each Saturday. The scoring system is not very complex, and it will change after this season, so no need to explain it now . If you have 4 friends and are interested in competing, just message me. I am unsure when the next event will start, but it will be at least a month from now.

Here are the scores after the latest sales.






Appaloosas and Steaks Are High are fighting for the top spot as we get near the finish. It looks like one or both of them may reach 66 points within 2 more weeks.

When the season ends, maybe we could have one or two weeks of 10 player games just for fun. Then we can decide what to do for the future. I think the team competition is a fun idea, and I'd like to do it again. There needs to be a better way for teams to still have a chance even if they get behind, and also a few more interesting decisions. I have several ideas, but I am open hearing other ideas too.
