How to stop receiving BGA mails that says my opponent is running out of time

Hi everyone
these are my configurations for email on BGA:

I am still receiving mails regarding my opponents when they run out of time. I do NOT care and I dont want to receive these emails.
How should I change my configuration to stop receiving them?
