Automatic renewal - payment and how to stop

I signed up for BGA a year ago and had not realised that it keeps your payment details and automatically renews a year later (I'm on a standard subscription).
Does anyone have a way to contact BGA to stop this? I've been debited but I want to query this, and also prevent it from happening next year. I can't find any way in my account to remove my payment details or stop automatic renewal. Any help appreciated!
(it also appears to be impossible to contact any sort of BGA customer service folks directly which I think is pretty terrible...)

I confirm that yearly membership is renewed every year, but I would also say that BGA is not keeping payment info (our payment service Stripe provider is storing it on our behalf). This is an additional security layer for your privacy.
You can cancel your membership anytime, either from the Premium page or from Preferences/My Account.
You can also contact the support: there is a link on the footer and one in the player menu / settings (last tab) / support

I do that for security, and when I want to renew my ongoing subscription, I will get charged a higher fee that what was stated for ongoing membership without interuptions.

Yes, to keep the same price you have to keep an ongoing subscription, which unfortunately you did not (by cancelling it)

Yes, to keep the same price you have to keep an ongoing subscription, which unfortunately you did not (by cancelling it)
But that's not what was written when the announcement of the new pricing was done.
