Can Admin remove player from tournament?

A player (kastiel) in our
tournament game ended the game early ... probably because another player was out of time and this would secure their 1st place finish in the game. Poor sportsmanship and they have really low karma (lots of quits).
Can the admin of the tournament remove this player from the tournament?

I came to the forum looking for this exact thread. I have participated in many tournaments lately and there usually seems to be one or two people that either:
- never intended to play
- forgot they signed up
- etc, etc
The result their time runs out. At which point the other players in the game have the option to skip that players turn. Generally resulting in the game ending as everyone quits the game.
My suggestion is the Admin of the tournament should have the capability of also skipping the players turn that is out of time and removing the player from the tournament. From what I have seen players are typically consistent with not playing within their limit and not even making one move in the game. Which is why there should be an option to remove the player from the tournament so the entire tournament isn't spoiled for everyone matched up with that player.

Only BGA staff have powers like that.
The only powers that tournament-admins have is to set-up the tournament to begin with and choose the settings. Once at least 1 other user has signed up to a tournament, the only thing a tournament admin can do whatsoever is cancel the tournament entirely - if it's not already started. Once the tournament has actually begun, there's not a single option to change anything about the tournament available to a tournament admin.
Basically, if you need anything whatsoever changing, only BGA staff can help you. Most people who set-up tournaments are just regular BGA users with no powers.
