how can I do this special action to get one more woker for one corn ??
How can I : ""take in a worker and get a new worker in exchange, in which I pay corn for an action that belongs to a previous (already past) field.""
I don’t know how to carry out this action. Where and when I have to click for it?

Please, I am not English native speaker, so please in easy Englisch words (or in German)

are you talking about a building tile? It's either:

A building tile that makes it that you pay 1 (instead of 2) corn per worker during the harvests.

A building tile where you gain an extra worker.

There is a action space (3) on the yellow wheel (Uxmal) where you will gain an extra worker.

(The last 2 are the only places you get to gain an extra worker).
If you want a building tile then you have to get off on brown (Tikal) at one of the 2 action spaces.

There is quite a steep learning curve with the game. Timing is very important. So try to play with other beginners will give yourself a chance.

You sometimes see a players 1st move to put all their workers on Uxmal. Giving them 5 workers as soon as possible. And possibly going into a starvation (negative points) on the 1st harvest for a maximum economy boost.
