Hi,

Can someone from BGA help me? I was playing table# 255701553. I played a card but nothing happened. I clicked F5 to get back in. It wouldn't work, so it kicked me out and penalized me. I had 288 points and it took me down to 252! Plus, I had actually WON the game, so it should have GIVEN me points. I had a perfect rating until this. And I am a PREMIUM member. Please help. Thank you.

I've definitely had situations where it was showing as an opponent's turn only for me to refresh and realise I have nearly no time on the clock.
The only time I got kicked out of a game was during a site-wide crash a few months ago where it was my turn when it crashed. I got my Karma back fairly quickly but never received my ELO back so I know it's a frustrating situation.
