Don't understand solo lesson 202

Can anyone help me out with understanding what this card means? It's card 202, a solo lesson that reads as follows: '5 points for every cat over 15.' Over 15 what? Points? Separate cats don't even score points. I am very confused.

Over 15 cats? 15 cats: +0 points, 16 cats: +5 points, 17 cats: +10 points, etc.

Just to clarify further, it's talking about the total number of cats on your boat and this includes Oshax.
