Where does Board Game Arena stand on sanctions against Russia? Are you "doing business" in Russia? If I personally do not want to play with gamers from the Russian Federation, can I quit a game without penalty?

You can play with whomever you want, I block Russians as well. You can't actively quit games, however, only refuse to start them.

BGA's stance, apart from a small PR post, is basically "business as usual, no further comment".
