Anyone else seeing these things that temporary obscure seeing parts of the site when scrolling through the lobby lately? The site is sometimes slow to respond at times too.

I have not seen these things.
Do you have a screenshot? Sounds to me a bit more like an issue on your side (your browser or device) than an issue on BGAs side.

White Square Boxes have started appearing on my screen in the last couple of days.

This only happens when I am playing on the BGA website.
