What time zone does a game description refer to?

Some game descriptions contain hours range within which players are supposed to make their turns, eg. "8 turns between 15:00 and 3:00".
Do these hours refer to the founder's time zone or is it automatically already converted into my time zone?

It is automatically adjusted to the time zone your browser is set to. For the nerds, a call to getTimezoneOffset() [or similar function] is used for all times displayed on BGA.
IE, someone in Paris might see "8:00 to 20:00", whereas that same table in London would be displayed as "7:00 to 19:00". Of course, if the Londoner took their laptop to Paris and didn't update the settings, it would display incorrectly...
