Found three unlocalized strings in Takenoko

Hi
The mouse over text when choosing improvements is not translated, despite Takenoko localization being at 100% (and I did a search, all looks translated and not just copy-pasted or whatever). The locale is Swedish. Here are screenshots.
Didn't notice I'd cut the middle one off too early until now, sorry about that. I guess it's clear what I'm talking about anyway.
This is the top text when getting the cloudy weather (I think?) that lets you choose one improvement from the reserve.
