How to never lose on Kingdom Builder?

Even if you are the most experimented, luck is part of Kingdom Builder. However, the same player always keeps the1st position in the Arena competition, increasing its score day after day, without losing any point. Who can explain?

They lost an arena game no more than 4 days ago.
If you have a 400+ ELO difference on most of your opponents it's not unreasonable to go on a big winning streak.
You yourself are on a 10 game winning streak? Should that be suspicious?
