The Evaporation Pool card allows taking cubes from the surface at 2 energy cost. Fine.
You can move your ship before placing a worker. Fine.
But is it intended that you can move your ship, take a cube, move your ship, take a cube, move your ship, take a cube, move your ship, place a worker?

That was the intent, yes. Do you think that's overpowered? Can you link to a game replay where this felt unfair or took away from the fun value?

I don't have enough experience with the game to say whether or not it's overpowered. It just felt the spirit of the rules was more something like move once, place a worker.
