6 card start up

How do I play my friend but have it so we have the 15 coins and 6 cards to choose from? Whenever I play a random game with people it starts that way but when I invite my friend to play it starts only with the 1 card.

When you make the table you have to select "Light-Speed Variant" instead of the Normal Rules that is default.
