If I choose to go to my building 3a (just before Kansas city) I may remove 2 cars of my hands, in this case i go to kansas with the move on this building and I have only 3 cards (instead of 5) for selling my cows. The 2 others cards are not retaken.

First, the forum rules clearly state that bugs aren't supposed to be reported here; that's what the bug-reporting system is for.

Second, there's no bug with the implementation; you don't refill your hand until the end of your turn. From p. 17 of the Second Edition's rulebook, under "Move your herder forward":

"Note that you do not replenish your hand cards before performing phase B again. This is only done at the end of your turn."

No problem; I only mention it so that you'll know where to report things in the future (bug reports that are submitted in the forums can be overlooked by the developer, I'm told). Plus, in the bug-reporting system, other players can upvote existing reports, so if you find that other players have already reported an issue that you're encountering, you can simply upvote their report and save time on submitting a whole new one. :-)

Objective bonus are always tricky to fill end game, controls seem wonky

I need more context... could you give us a better idea of what you mean by wonky? And is this issue related to the issue of the OP or is this a separate one?
