Why keeping hotseat fully premium after 1st game on it?

I mean, yeah, I understand a bit, but since we don't have elo change anyways, and many people aren't millionaires, like I'm pretty sure I'm not even owning 1% of the games here, the only one I have that is here is rallyman GT and my family is either not intersted or thinging it's too compicated, and COVID-19 dosen't help the case, a bit hard to found people whit load of board games interest. I mean, There could be something that we can have for non-premium whiteout elo changes and all are random ideas.
-Having access to 1 hotseat game per week instread of a single one.
-If you already own the game, you can say it and have 1 hotseat game per day.
-If you had 300 elo = 1 per week 500elo = 1 per day and 700+elo = 1 per 6 hours at one point (make the grind more viable for newbies) [more likely]
-Having some developpment of bots for each game whit a dynamic difficulty change (more elo = more difficult) [Less likely]
Those options is to make either myself or multiple people happy localy.
