Is the any progress in fixing the bug where bga server starts a game but game status is still on the lobby for players?

Very annoying and we can get a time out/get kicked from a game without knowing a game has started.

Yet bga still says “there was nothing wrong with your game” you must accept negative reputation, no possibility to contest it.
