Unable to load BGA

Hi,
For a few days now, I don't have access to any BGA pages but the forum. I see the cloud and the loading but it never loads anything. I updated firefox and restarted my computer to no aval. Is there another way?

What else have you tried, did you try another browser?
Most likely the problem is at your end somewhere.

Have you tried using a private browsing window?

I don't understand why I need it to start the game though.

It suggests that there is possibly a cookie or something in the non-private window that is interfering. Try clearing cookies in the non-private window.
