How is it you log in multiple times a day, play through all available turns, and yet are still presented with "you can't finish a game" and are docked points? This seems ridiculous....

This has happened 2 days in a row when I have obviously been on and played through multiple turns of other games. Makes me wanna cancel my membership. BS... irritating, considering I had COVID was gone for 2 days... no problem, come back, start playing, and all the sudden I can't finish games? Double You Tee Eff
