Does anybody know how to use the card "Birka Settler" 110C ?

I can't get the option to execute the emigration action.
I don't need extra workers, do I?

Well, you have to use the second column overseas trading action, the two Viking one. That’s why the 1 Viking action is crossed out on the card.

Additionally, you still have to pay one silver per round for the emigration. And you must have a knarr or longship to emigrate.

If the card wasn’t working for you, either you tried using it with the 1 Viking overseas trading, or you didn’t have the one silver per round, or the knarr or the longship.

All rules must still be obeyed with card plays unless the card dictates an exception to the rules.

I think I didn't have enough money to pay for the emigration.
I've tried again another round with money and it worked.

There is an open bug on this card as well. Just failing to give the emigration option.
