I have won 3 times but my Elo or points are 1 in Hanabi. After 2 more win strikes again 1 points. What make i wrong?

Your score was too low, so although you "won", in the sense that you did not make three mistakes, you didn't "win" about the table difficulty (which is how ELO in Hanabi works). Actually, you'll probably see that your partners (with more than 100 ELO) actually lost point after the game.
