Board Game Arena

Today I just realized my boss is also a board gamer the hard way----
it was 9am, i turned on my browser at office, trying to "multi-tasking" as usual,
and suddenly found out that there's another user at the same network-----that's my boss!
he's using his real name as his username.

The situation had become very embarrassing and awkward.
Is there a function to be invisible to your friend and people from same network?

So, you want to make it easier to cheat your company, that's paying you to work, to instead pay you to play games?

Yup, sounds like it.

The boss holds no blame, the higher up the hierachy, the hours worked don't get logged anymore, but rather performance. But an employee is supposed to be working, or find a job where you are allowed to play.

There are other reasons one doesn't want to show online.
Being stalked by an obsessed ex could be another one.

I'd like to privacy to play quietly without being messaged to join games by my friends... sometimes I just like quiet time to myself to work on my turn-based games.

I agree! I sometimes only have a short amount of time to play my tournament games and then I have to jump off.

There are numerous reasons why invisibility would be a desirable feature. But the OP stated none of them as their reason for wanting it.

If you want something this has to be asked in the suggestion tool...but this has been asked for more than 2 years now, with more than 1000 votes and nothing happened so I am afraid this is not a main concern at this moment...
