Could anyone explain what "Ratio of turn finishing drawing in first position" or "Ratio of turn finishing drawing in last position" means?

After everyone has drawn their hand, the game checks how many points everyone has, so who is first and who is last. That statistic shows how often you were first/last at this stage of the rounds
