Board Game Arena

Hello, I've noticed a problem.
When playing on 2 players setting wars give random ammount of points. There seems to be 2 interpretations of how many points player get:

-Player fights with one player so gets 3 points: https://boardgamearena.com/gamereview?table=273911253
-Player figths with one player but on both sides so winner get 6 points: https://boardgamearena.com/gamereview?table=274363489

Is there something I don't understand or is it a bug?

Hi,
If you win against your opponent, you take 1 military token (3 points).
However, if you win with at least twice as many shields, you take 2 military tokens instead (6 points)
