Hello, sorry for my question
What are the penalties for a player leaving a turn game because he did not play his meove fore days and days ?
Karma penalties and ELO penalties ?

It doesn't matter if it's turn-based or real-time, the penalties for not finishing the game that a player said they would is the same:

There is no ELO penalty (except that they will lose ELO since they will lose the game).

For the first offense, I believe it is a -10 Karma. Another offense within a certain time frame will be a -20 Karma penalty.
