Moderation Reports on Bad Community Tournament Members

There is another thread that talks about how awful time-based tournanments have gotten, thanks to a small number who ruin thousands of games (not joking- some have signed up and not played THOUSANDS of games). The thread had moderator comments removing the names of these poor community members, saying naming others is reserved for moderators.
OK- then give the moderation link a place to report it! There is no way to name these infuriating people to you! Just try reporting and there is no way to tell anyone how they make people want to quit BGA.
PLEASE GIVE US A WAY TO REPORT- and then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! ]
Month after month the same bad actors get away with this and it seems BGA does not care- how long do we have to wait for relief?
