Board Game Arena

Whenever I've played a game were a player has had their turn skipped due to lack of activity, they have all been from Taiwan and had user names made up of numbers. Is there something going on?
It's very frustrating, especially when playing 6nimmt in turnbase mode, I don't think I've ever been able to complete the game in this mode because of players like this.
