I get an error "You can only translate into one of your spoken languages". What can cause it???

I'm Ukrainian and I can speak Russian and Ukrainian (since I was a kid), plus I have a good level in English. All those three languages are added in my profile. Before I was only helping with translations to Russian and didn't have that error however lately (especially due to the situation between Ukraine and Russia) a lot of my friends when started changing language for BGA to Ukrainian saw that there is not that much translated. That's when I decided to help and that's when I found out about this error:(

So what I'd like to know: can I translate to several languages (if I have them in my profile) or I can do translation only to one? If I can translate to several then why do I get this error? or it's just a bug???

Add the language in question on your account's language preference page first.
If you did already, it's a bug then.
