Bug Prevents Creating Multiplayer Elimination Tournaments

I get an error whenever I try to create a multiplayer elimination tournament.

"The Minimum Number Of Players Cannot Exceed the Base Number (4)". But even when I set the minimum number of players to 4, it still gives me that error.
