Inappropriate username

For what is it good to report a player who has an inappropriate username, when even after the guilty verdict from moderators you can:
1. still search and find the player using the inappropriate word
2. find the inappropriate word all over his/her profile page

The profile of a player who was found guilty of an inappropriate username should be totally cleared in my opinion. I mean - it is their fault, if they are so immature to use a stupid and offensive username.
