Hi !
If you click on the link above, you can see that objectives "strict majority of green cards" and "strict majority of blue cards" are both completed. I don't understand why... Only green cards should be completed, isn't it ?

"Strict majority of X" means there are more X here than in any other area. It does not mean it's the color you have in majority in this area.
So in this case, no other area has more blue or green than this one, so the objectives are completed
