Game “Harbour”- why cant we play anymore?

I played this game a few times and enjoyed it and then it just disappeared one day. I’ve been waiting for many weeks and it has never come back. What happened to it? Why can’t we play it anymore?

Hi all Harbour players,
Thanks for trying and (hopefully) enjoying this game.
The game is now currently unavailable on BGA since TMG (the game publisher) shut down, the game rights reverted back to the designer who requested the game to be removed from here.
Maybe one day he might changes his mind or the game might reborn with other graphics or rules.
I'm sorry about this sad news since the game was soon te be published since it worked pretty well.
If I was to guess, it may be easier to negotiate with a new publisher if there are no established relationships with the title. Some publishers may not want a game on BGA for example
