Normally the best to find out is to look on Boardgamegeek. On the Fai-Fo site https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/288 ... o/versions it says,there is only an english-vietnamese edition. So if the game is known in german, than most likely as Fai-Fo

There no german name for this game cause it haven't release in Germany yet. It's a Vietnamese game so I doubt you can find it in other country unless you contact the Designer of this game

You could always translate and print some cheatsheets in German for players to look at. I did that for Love Letter.

I recently bought Automobiles from a German speaking person, and he did that too with the cards in the game. So definitely a good suggestion, it seems.
