Is fair to chat and request a deal, after other players refused it always, just because "I need to block that player road"?
It's the game to block another player but it have to be a your choise, not all players against one making the deal only beacuse one player declared that he wants to block it.

It can for sure feel unfair, I understand where you're coming from. Table talk is part of the game though. The thing is a player can't make anyone trade them a resource without their consent, but they can provide an argument in chat that may change their mind. For example if they need one more brick to take longest road from the current leader then it's a reasonable move and one that is in both players' best interest. Pointing that out is allowed.

Yes. I understand it feels unfair. But Catan is as much about "Politics" as it is stratergy and luck. Table talk is a big part of the game and all information sharing is allowed including complete lies.
Good luck and have fun

It's the nature of multi-player, single-winner games where you can impart a negative effect on other players every turn. The other "unfair" situation is when an inexperienced player trades with the person who's all but about to win. Best you can do is get set up so you need minimal or no trades.
