Technical Problem on BGA "Update"

I was trying to play some games with my friends at BGA, which has been done regularly (6 times a week). However, one of my friends was unable to enter this website after clicking "Confirm" button and his account is frozen for updating purposes. What should I do to help out my friend? Should I report this as a bug?

Your images were not uploaded, but refreshing the page should be enough.

Confirmed after investigation: temporary server issue following an upgrade. It's now fixed.
