i am playing 7 wonders architects and i am now on 12th place. When the season end do only the 1st place get a reward or other ranks too?

Other ranks too. How many depends on the number of players during the season. For a popular game like 7W Architects I think it is top 20. Not sure though.

I believe that if there are 500 or more players it's top 20, 200 or more top 10, 50 or more top 5

For every game top 3

I picked up 3rd in butterfly and 5th in draftosaurus so I was pleased with my season too
