Board Game Arena

I'm not sure if it is correct that it works like this: When in 4p-team-game a player has Athena, the effect of not being allowed to move up lasts for 2 opponnents turns (both opponent players) after the Athena player has moved up. Is this the correct implementation and if so, isn't that a bit too strong?

It seems like the correct implementation, if you follow Athena's power.
I don't think the powers meant to be balanced with more than 2 players. It would be interesting to see if the editor ever releases balance suggestions for 3 and 4 player modes.
