Does every body know how to add a pubbanner to a game?
Some game such as Catan, Railroad Ink have the pubbanner for some interface.




But I cannot find any information about pubbanner in the studio wiki.
I hope someone can answer me how to do this.

I don't think you can, as an individual game developer. As far as I know this is something that publishers request that BGA implements, rather than individual developers.

Obviously BGA do not want people using BGA games to advertise whatever they want!

You should ask BGA admins to do that.
