Me han moderado y no puedo entrar en el juego, puesto que no estoy de acuerdo con la moderación, y no estoy dispuesto a aceptar la moderación para poder seguir jugando.

He escrito al correo electrónico que figura para impugnar dicha moderación, y llevo ya más de 10 días sin ni siquiera acuse de recibo de que estén revisando la moderación.

¿Qué hay que hacer para que te atiendan?"

Este post lo puse el día 27 de junio. Contesté por privado a la persona que me contesto y tampoco he recibido contestación.
Llevo ya más de un mes sin poder jugar y sin que me den respuesta.

Silencio administrativo. Si no contestan, debes entender que deniegan tu impugnación.

I think the button should say "I understand" instead of "I promise to not do it again" (not sure of exact words). Because it cannot be avoided to sometimes hit people falsely. Also for the ambiguous cases that barely make the cut to be moderation-worthy.

Also I think there should always be a response to an appeal (even if only automatic) for closure. But that's a separate issue.

I see these posts so often. And usually the reason is actually given, so I don't see why people need to bother posting on the forum.

I currently have a moderation for something bad I said on the forum, but the moderation said diddly squat. What did I say? Where did I say it? When did I say it? To whom did I say it? I don't know.
Waiting since July 13th for a response to appeals telling me what I did wrong. No replies.

But if they dont want people to appeal, let´s quit this option.
Perhaps they should had more penaltie for not answering me than my moderation.

You will not "shame" them into responding by continuing to post in the thread, if that is your goal.

Also, there is a timestamp on each post, so we know what day it was.
