A few things I have found frustrating (though I like the site)
It is really hard to find Arena players (some games are easier, Race for the Galaxy not too bad, Gaea Project, IMPOSSIBLE). Is there a way to have a forum for Arena players to arrange times to play a game or perhaps a way to set a game for a set time which players can join.
Linked to the above, searching for Arena disallows searching for 'Simple' games. Anyway to allow search for both at the same time. It is far easier to find a 'Simple' game than an 'Arena' game and perhpas if players saw both options at once they would be more open to Arena.
Some form of time banner that can be popped up showing times in different time zones, so players of different countries can easily arrange a time that is good for all players.
Loss of karma should also be judged on length of the game dropped from. Someone dropping from a game is annoying, but far more annoying for a 2 hr game than for a 30 minute game.
