Board Game Arena

I am in the middle of a Checkers tournament where my opponent no longer exists on the site apparently. Do I have to wait for the person to timeout then skip?

If you check the opponent's username, it says they do not exist or closed their account. I don't even know how they got on there, I was pretty sure the settings were set so it didn't allow people at zero ELO to play.

I think you have no choice to wait.

You can contact support but i'm not sure they can or want cancel this game

Thank you. Unless anyone else ends up with an idea I'll just let it time out and skip the player. I'm not going to bother the support staff with it.
