Pathologist (exclude in arena, provide option to exclude in other formats)

The pathologist is broken (way too powerful) in games with variants that make multiple patient deaths highly probably.

There should be an option in all games to exclude pathologist. I feel like you cannot play variants with experimental medicine, as getting the pathologist early is an instant win.

Pathologist absolutely should be excluded in arena. If you get that specialist in the first 3 rounds, it is an instant win. I’ve observed this many times. My last game the other player drafted the pathologist in round one. It was demoralizing to know after the first decision of the game that I had lost.

The sooner the better for these changes.

I don’t understand how this is a suggestion and not implemented. It breaks games. Arena is beyond frustrating and it feels like you can’t play with experimental medicine with variants turned on. How was this suggestion not immediately implemented? Doesn’t seem like an optional card inclusion is a heavy lift.

The suggestion to remove pathologist have 1-2 months. Was after this season started. So it will only be applied for next season.
