Pathologist (exclude in arena, provide option to exclude in other formats)

The pathologist is broken (way too powerful) in games with variants that make multiple patient deaths highly probably.
There should be an option in all games to exclude pathologist. I feel like you cannot play variants with experimental medicine, as getting the pathologist early is an instant win.
Pathologist absolutely should be excluded in arena. If you get that specialist in the first 3 rounds, it is an instant win. I’ve observed this many times. My last game the other player drafted the pathologist in round one. It was demoralizing to know after the first decision of the game that I had lost.
The sooner the better for these changes.
